- Yoga mat/towel
- Re-fillable water bottle
- Sun protection
- Lunch/snack (for after the class!)
What to expect (A message from Lo!):
“My class style for this offering is Flow & Connect. We will take a mindful flow for a portion of our session, and we will end with reflection & open discussion. Like all my classes, it is choice-based. Allowing students to practice intuitively. Moving at your own pace. My class is for all levels. I am passionate about creating environments that feel creatively expressive, mindfully tuned in, and grounding. Creating shapes with compassion & curiosity. My flows include optional variations of shapes throughout.
A grounding opening to set the tone, followed by a mindful, creative flow, with options to add or subtract shapes through your intuitive experience throughout class. Transitioning us into a restorative unwinding, leading to a meditative shavasana. I’ll have a question that will be shared before we begin and repeated after to give you a moment of introspection and quiet space when coming out of a flow. We’ll have a few minutes for open discussion for anyone who wishes to share. Expect me always to be my authentic self. Creating an environment that has welcomed it all, including: random dancing in a shape because you enjoy the rhythm of a song, audible breaths, giggles, cries, etc. Show up as you! As always, respect your peers, me, and the environment!”
