HarborFit: New Moon Yoga at the Charlestown Navy Yard

End your day at the Charlestown Navy Yard with a slow flow yoga class in honor of the new moon. All bodies welcome!

Linda Wells, “the Wellness Warrior,” leads a New Moon “Yoga For All” class outdoors. Bring friends, a mat, and water in preparation for a gentle New Moon yoga experience. Her New Moon practice is inspired by the season, encouraging reflection and full-body nourishment. This class explores ways to make yoga adaptable for every body regardless of age, shape, size, or ability—no experience required.

While this class is free, registration is required. Please view the event on Eventbrite to register!
